All Players must register online and pay $50.00 fee to GPVBA by this date. (Click Great Plains RVA link at right) Follow the online Registration link and instructions for registration at the Great Plains Site.
All Players must pay $150.00 (if uniform is ordered) or $110.00 (if uniform is NOT ordered) by this date. Make Check to Quad County VBC and mail to Doug Nibbe at the address on the lower right.
Mail NOTARIZED Medical Release form to Doug Nibbe or give to your High School Coach by this date as well. (Address below)
